- ¼ cup chopped spinach (blanched and squeezed)
- 1 tbsp grated carrot
- 1 tbsp besan (gram flour) or oats
- Spices: salt, pepper, cumin, garlic powder
- 1 tsp olive oil
Directions:
- Mix: In a bowl, combine tofu, spinach, carrot, flour, and spices.
- Shape: Form into small patties.
- Cook: Heat oil and pan-fry on medium heat until golden on both sides.
- Serve: Best served warm with mint dip.
