- 1 tsp ghee or coconut oil (for cooking)
Directions:
- Prepare Batter: In a bowl, mix ragi flour, mashed banana, curd, jaggery, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt to form a smooth batter.
- Cook Pancakes: Heat ghee on a non-stick pan and pour small portions of the batter.
- Flip: Cook on medium heat until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side.
- Serve: Enjoy warm with a drizzle of honey or fruit slices.
