Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp oats flour (or almond flour)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt, black pepper, and chili flakes (as per taste)
- 2 tbsp water (adjust as needed)
Directions:
- Mix Seeds: In a bowl, combine all seeds and oats flour.
- Add Water & Seasoning: Mix in olive oil, salt, pepper, chili flakes, and water to form a dough.
- Roll Thin: Roll out the dough between parchment paper into a thin sheet.
- Bake: Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 15–18 minutes or until crisp.
- Serve: Cool and enjoy as a crunchy snack.
