Healthy Multiseeds Crackers

This recipe is curated to provide numerous health benefits while keeping calories to a minimum. It features powerful, nutritious and simple ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp oats flour (or almond flour)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt, black pepper, and chili flakes (as per taste)
  • 2 tbsp water (adjust as needed)

Directions:

  •  Mix Seeds: In a bowl, combine all seeds and oats flour.
  • Add Water & Seasoning: Mix in olive oil, salt, pepper, chili flakes, and water to form a dough.
  • Roll Thin: Roll out the dough between parchment paper into a thin sheet.
  • Bake: Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 15–18 minutes or until crisp.
  • Serve: Cool and enjoy as a crunchy snack.
