- ½ cup shelled edamame (boiled)
- 2 tbsp chopped bell peppers
- 1 tbsp chopped spring onion
- 1 tsp soy sauce (low sodium)
- 1 tsp olive or sesame oil
- ½ tsp chili flakes
Directions:
- Sauté Veggies: Heat oil in a pan, sauté spring onion and bell peppers.
- Add Edamame: Toss in boiled edamame and stir for 2 minutes.
- Flavor: Add soy sauce and chili flakes. Mix well.
