Healthy Edamame Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup shelled edamame (boiled)
  • 2 tbsp chopped bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp chopped spring onion
  • 1 tsp soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 1 tsp olive or sesame oil
  • ½ tsp chili flakes

Directions:

  • Sauté Veggies: Heat oil in a pan, sauté spring onion and bell peppers.
  • Add Edamame: Toss in boiled edamame and stir for 2 minutes.
  • Flavor: Add soy sauce and chili flakes. Mix well.
  • Serve: Enjoy warm as a protein-rich snack.
