Healthy Guacamole Toast

Guacamole Toast

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of multigrain bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh lime juice
  • Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup cucumber (diced)
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers (chopped)

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Toast: Toast the multigrain bread slices.
  2. Make the Guacamole: Mash the avocado in a bowl, add cumin powder, salt, pepper, and lime juice.
  3. Add Veggies: Mix in chopped cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, and bell peppers into the guacamole for added crunch and flavor.
  4. Assemble: Spread the guacamole mixture evenly on the toasted bread.
  5. Serve: Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and serve immediately.
