Ingredients:
- 5 cups Water
- ¼ cup Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Parsley (Chopped)
- 3 stalk Celery
- ¼ cup Mint
- ¼ cup Coriander
- 1/2 Pink Salt
- Amla
Directions:
- Add lemon juice, parsley, celery, mint, add pink salt and coriander in a blender and blend to make a smooth paste.
- Add this paste in water and mix well.
- Sip the liquid throughout the day.
