Ingredients:
- Whole wheat/ multigrain tortilla (roti/ chapati) – 1
- Avocado – 1 tbsp
- Plain yogurt – 2 tbsp
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 tbsp garlic powder
- Boiled Chicken- 50gms
- Finely Chopped 1/2 celery stalk
- Lettuce – 3-4 leaves.

- The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.

Directions:
- For the filling, take an avocado (ripe) and mash it with a spoon.
- Add yogurt, lime juice, garlic powder to the avocado.
- Spread this filling on the tortilla.
- Add minced boiled chicken.
- Add celery stalk and lettuce leaves and roll.
