CHICKEN SALAD WRAP

Nutrients

Ingredients:

  • Whole wheat/ multigrain tortilla (roti/ chapati) – 1
  • Avocado – 1 tbsp
  • Plain yogurt – 2 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 tbsp garlic powder
  • Boiled Chicken- 50gms
  • Finely Chopped 1/2 celery stalk
  • Lettuce – 3-4 leaves.

Notes:

  • The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.
  • If you like you can change the style and make modifications to the mentioned ingredients and recipe.

Directions:

  1. For the filling, take an avocado (ripe) and mash it with a spoon.
  2. Add yogurt, lime juice, garlic powder to the avocado.
  3. Spread this filling on the tortilla.
  4. Add minced boiled chicken.
  5. Add celery stalk and lettuce leaves and roll.
