Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup carrots, chopped
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1/4 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 cup water
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp oil (for cooking)
Directions:
- Heat 1/2 tsp oil, sauté onions, garlic, carrots, and tomatoes.
- Add water, cover, and cook for 10 minutes.
- Blend the mixture, strain if needed.
- Return to heat, add salt and black pepper, and simmer for 3 minutes.
