Ingredients:
- 30 grams of cooked brown rice/ couscous / daliya [plain]
- 20 grams of cottage cheese/ sprouts [you can slightly boil it]
- 1 bowl of chopped vegetables [avoid potato]
- 1 tsp. of lemon juice / amchur
- Salt :- a pinch Fresh herbs / coriander.
- Mint:- for seasoning.

Directions:
