BUDDHA BOWL RAW

  • 1 cup mixed greens (spinach, arugula, kale)
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup sprouts (alfalfa or radish)
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Directions:
    Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, carrots, red cabbage, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, and sprouts.
  2. Add Dressing: Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the bowl.
