BROCCOLI BROTH

Directions:

  1. Add 1 cup thinly sliced onions
  2. Half teaspoon finely chopped garlic
  3. Half cup thinly sliced carrots and two teaspoons chopped celery
  4. One cup broccoli florets, salt, in 2½ cups of hot water
  5. Mix well and cook on a medium flame for two to three minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the pepper and mix well. Serve hot.
