  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • a pinch of mustard (rai / sarson) powder
  • salt and to taste

Other Ingredients For Beetroot and Dill Salad

  • 2 cups boiled and peeled beetroot cubes
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped dill leaves

Notes:

  • The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.

Directions:

  1. For beetroot and dill salad
  2. To make beetroot and dill salad, combine the beetroot, dill and dressing in a bowl and toss gently.
  3. Refrigerate the beetroot and dill salad for 1 hour and serve chilled.
