Ingredients:

  • 5 cups Water
  • ¼ cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Parsley (Chopped)
  • 3 stalk Celery
  • ¼ cup Mint
  • ¼ cup Coriander
  • 1/2 Pink Salt
  • Amla

Notes:

  • The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.
  • If you like you can change the style and make modifications to the mentioned ingredients and recipe.

Directions:

  1. Add lemon juice, parsley, celery, mint, add pink salt and coriander in a blender and blend to make a smooth paste.
  2. Add this paste in water and mix well.
  3. Sip the liquid throughout the day.
