Ingredients:
- Bulgur – 3 tbsp
- Mixed veggies- ½ cup
- Parsley, chopped – 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Olive oil – ½ tsp
- Salt – to taste
- White pepper powder – to taste

Directions:
- Place the Bulgur wheat in a heatproof bowl and pour four cups of boiling water over it.
- set aside until the Bulgur absorbs the water and becomes tender. In a bowl mix together cucumber, spring onion, parsley, lemon juice, oil, salt, and white pepper powder.
- Add the Bulgur wheat and mix well. Serve cold.
