Ingredients:

  • Bulgur – 3 tbsp
  • Mixed veggies- ½ cup
  •  Parsley, chopped – 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Olive oil – ½ tsp
  •  Salt – to taste
  •  White pepper powder – to taste

Notes:

  • The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.
  • If you like you can change the style and make modifications to the mentioned ingredients and recipe.

Directions:

  1. Place the Bulgur wheat in a heatproof bowl and pour four cups of boiling water over it.
  2. set aside until the Bulgur absorbs the water and becomes tender. In a bowl mix together cucumber, spring onion, parsley, lemon juice, oil, salt, and white pepper powder. 
  3. Add the Bulgur wheat and mix well. Serve cold.
