Healthy Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • Ginger/Garlic paste
  •  Green chilies 2-3
  •  Any veggies which you want to include
  •  Scrambled eggs(made with very little black pepper and salt) 1-2 eggs
  • 1 bowl boiled rice

Notes:

  • The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.
  • If you like you can change the style and make modifications to the mentioned ingredients and recipe.

Directions:

  1. Heat some oil in a pan
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies
  3. Add veggies
  4. Add scrambled eggs
  5. Add boiled rice
  6. Add a little salt and black pepper
  7. Steam for 10 mins
