Healthy Egg Fried Rice

Quick protein-packed meal for energy & satiety

Ingredients:

  • Cooked basmati rice – 1.5 cups
  • Eggs – 2
  • Mixed vegetables – 1 cup
  • Garlic – 1 tsp
  • Pepper – ½ tsp
  • Ghee – 1 tsp
  • Salt – to taste

Directions:

  1. Heat ghee and sauté garlic.
  2. Add vegetables and cook slightly.
  3. Scramble eggs in the pan.
  4. Add rice, salt & pepper.
  5. Mix well and cook for 2–3 minutes.
