TUNA FISH SALAD

Ingredients:
- Mixed greens veggies- 50 g
- Tomato, diced- 1 large
- Fresh parsley, chopped- 15 g
- Fresh mint, chopped- 15 g
- Green olives, chopped- 2 tsp
- Zucchini, sliced lengthwise- ½ small
- Avocado diced- 15 g
- Green onion, sliced – 1 no
- Tuna- 50 g
- Extra-virgin olive oil- ½ tsp
- Balsamic vinegar- 1 tsp
- Himalayan or fine sea salt- ¼ tsp
- Freshly cracked black pepper- ½ tsp
Notes:
- The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.
- If you like you can change the style and make modifications to the mentioned ingredients and recipe.
Directions:
- Grill the zucchini slices on both sides in a sizzling hot cast iron skillet grill pan (or on a very hot grill). Remove from the pan and let cool for a few minutes. Cut into bite-size pieces.
- Throw all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir delicately until well combined.
- Serve immediately.
