MOONG AND VEGETABLE SALAD

Nutrients

Ingredients:

  • Moong sprouts (sprouted & boiled) 30g
  • Cabbage (chopped) 10g
  • Carrot (grated) 15g
  • Tomato (chopped) 15g
  • Onion (chopped) 15g
  • Coriander (chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Green chili 1 no.
  • Salt to taste

Notes:

  • The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.
  • If you like you can change the style and make modifications to the mentioned ingredients and recipe.

Directions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients listed in a bowl except salt and lemon juice
  2. Season with salt and add a few drops of lemon juice. Garnish with coriander leave
  3. Serve immediately.
