This recipe is curated to provide numerous health benefits while keeping calories to a minimum. It features powerful, nutritious and simple ingredients.

Ingredients:
- ½ cup cooked jowar (sorghum)
- 1 tbsp ghee
- ½ tsp mustard seeds
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 4-5 curry leaves
- ¼ cup onion, finely chopped
- ¼ cup tomato, diced
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp red chili powder
- ¼ tsp rock salt (or to taste)
- 1 tbsp roasted peanuts
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
Directions:
- Heat ghee in a pan, add mustard seeds, and let them splutter.
- Add green chili and curry leaves, sauté for a few seconds.
- Toss in onions and cook until translucent.
- Add tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt, cook until soft.
- Mix in cooked jowar and roasted peanuts, stir well for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander and lemon juice, serve warm.
