HEALTHY GRILLED CHICKEN PIZZA

Ingredients:
- 1 whole wheat pita or tortilla (8-inch diameter)
- 100g grilled chicken breast, cooked and sliced
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce (low-sodium)
- 1/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: fresh basil leaves for garnish
Directions:
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). If using a pizza stone, preheat it in the oven.
- Prepare the pita/tortilla: Place the whole wheat pita or tortilla on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Add the sauce: Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pita or tortilla.
- Top with ingredients: Arrange the grilled chicken slices, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and baby spinach on top of the sauce. Sprinkle it with shredded mozzarella cheese, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bake the pizza: Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the pita or tortilla are crispy.
- Garnish and serve: Optional—garnish with fresh basil leaves. Slice and enjoy your healthy grilled chicken pizza!
