  • Ingredients: 

In a glass of water, add 1 tsp jeera and saunf, small Ginger and 3 small pepper corn and boil till it turns brown. Reduce the flame and add Tulsi + pinch of turmeric, cover with a lid for one minute and turn off the gas, let it infuse for ten minutes. All ingredients have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant property to boost immunity

Breakfast: 1 Bowl of poha (add veggies) / 1 Bowl Ragi porridge (can use milk) 

Mid-morning: 1 apple 

Lunch: 1 Bowl subji + 1 cup dal + 1 bowl rice / 2 jowar bhakri 

Or 

2 Dal paratha / Palak paratha + 1 bowl dahi kadhi + 1 katori sautee veggies

Afternoon: 1 cup of herbal tea + 1 bowl makhana / kumura / millet khakra

Dinner: 1 Bowl veg clear soup / tomato soup / chicken clear soup + 1 bowl dal khichdi (add 1 tsp ghee) 

Bedtime: 1 Glass of jeera + saunf water (for digestion)
