2 Dal paratha / Palak paratha + 1 bowl dahi kadhi + 1 katori sautee veggies
Afternoon: 1 cup of herbal tea + 1 bowl makhana / kumura / millet khakra
Dinner: 1 Bowl veg clear soup / tomato soup / chicken clear soup + 1 bowl dal khichdi (add 1 tsp ghee)
Bedtime: 1 Glass of jeera + saunf water (for digestion)
