Ingredients:

  • Puffed rice- 15 gms 
  • Chopped Onions- 1 small
  • Split Bengal gram dal- 1 tbsp.
  • Roasted Chana- 1 tbsp.
  • Finely chopped raw mangoes- 1 tbsp 
  • Cumin seeds powder- 1 Tsp 
  • Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp 
  • Lemon juice- 1 Tsp 
  • Coriander leaves, chopped 1 tbsp to garnish
  • Salt – to taste 

Notes:

  • The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.
  • If you like you can change the style and make modifications to the mentioned ingredients and recipe.

Directions:

In a large bowl add puffed rice, split Bengal gram dal, Roasted Chana, chopped onion, raw mango, cumin powder, red chili powder, salt, lemon juice and mix well. 

Garnish with coriander
