Ingredients:
- Fresh lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Mango chutney/apple chutney – 1 tbsp
- grated peeled fresh ginger – 1/4 tbsp
- Skinless and boneless chicken – 50 gm
- Cooking spray/ olive oil – 1/2 tsp
- Mixed salad greens – 50 gm
- Diced peeled mango/apple – 15 gm
- Diced peeled avocado – 15 gm /4 walnuts

Directions:
- Prepare the grill
- Combine oil, juice, chutney, and ginger in a small bowl. Place chicken on a large plate; spoon oil mixture over chicken, reserving the rest for the salad. Turn chicken to coat, and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Place chicken on a grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 4 minutes on each side or until chicken is done, brushing with oil mixture from the plate before turning. Slice chicken crosswise into strips
- Arrange greens, mango, and avocado on serving plates. Arrange chicken over greens. Drizzle reserved dressing over salads.
