Nutrients

Ingredients:

  • 30 grams of cooked brown rice/ couscous / daliya [plain] 
  • 20 grams of cottage cheese/ sprouts [you can slightly boil it] 
  • 1 bowl of chopped vegetables [avoid potato] 
  • 1 tsp. of lemon juice / amchur 
  • Salt :- a pinch Fresh herbs / coriander. 
  • Mint :- for seasoning.

Notes:

  • The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.
  • If you like you can change the style and make modifications to the mentioned ingredients and recipe.

Directions:

  1. Cook your brown rice / couscous / daliya separately in plain water.
  2. Mix your vegetables, sprouts / cottage cheese into the cooked cereals when taken off flame.
  3. Adjust the seasonings. 
  4. Serve at room temperature.
