Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup oats powdered
- 1/2 cup sooji
- 1/2 cup curd
- to taste Salt
- 1 cup Vegetables like grated carrots, chopped capsicum,grated beetroot
For Tempering:
- 1 tsp oil
- ¾ tsp mustard
- ½ tsp cumin / jeera
- 1 tsp sesame / til
- few curry leaves
- pinch hing / asafoetida
Notes:
- The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.
- If you like you can change the style and make modifications to the mentioned ingredients and recipe.
Directions:
- First mix suji,oats flour and curd and keep it aside for 10 minutes
- Meanwhile, heat a non-stick pan.
- In the suji mixture add all mentioned vegetables,salt and mix properly.
- Now in the pan heat oil,put rye,curry leaves, sesame seeds, chopped green chillies.
- Over this, put a thick layer of Handvo mixture and make it like a thick pancake,a huge one covering the entire pan.
- Cover and cook on low heat.
- After three minutes, flip the side.
- Now drop in a plate cut triangular pieces.
- And Handvo is ready.
