- 1 cup napa cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, julienned
- 1/4 avocado, diced
- 1 tbsp green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
Dressing:
- 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1 small piece ginger, grated
Directions:
- Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, napa cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, avocado, and green onions.
- Prepare Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger.
