- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup fresh coriander leaves
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1-2 green chilies (adjust to taste)
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
Directions:
- Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the mint leaves, coriander leaves, Greek yogurt, green chilies, garlic clove, lemon juice, and cumin seeds.
- Blend: Blend until smooth. Add a little water if needed to reach desired consistency.
- Season: Add salt to taste and blend briefly to mix.
- Serve: Transfer to a bowl and serve with your favorite dishes or as a dip.
