Ingredients:
- 5 – 6 Tbsp oats
- 2 tsp ghee
- Cumin seeds
- Curry leaves 3 – 4
- 1 Green chili [ cut in small pieces]
- ½ Tsp salt
- 1 ½ water [ add more water as per your choice]
Notes:
- The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.
- If you like you can change the style and make modifications to the mentioned ingredients and recipe.
Directions:
- Add 2 tsp ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds, once the seeds crackle, add curry leaves, salt.
- Add Oats and mix well.
- Add some water and mix well till the oats are cooked properly [ 2 – 3 mins].
- Ready to serve!
