BAKED BEET ROOT CHIPS

Ingredients:

  • Beet root- 1 small no., uncooked
  • Olive oil- 1/4 tsp 
  • Salt- as per taste

Notes:

  • The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.
  • If you like you can change the style and make modifications to the mentioned ingredients and recipe.

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Peel 1 small uncooked beetroot and cut into thin slices. Toss with 1/4 olive oil and salt.
  2. Spread slices onto a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for about 15 minutes. 
  3. Flip beetroot slices and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, or until beetroot slices have dried out and become crisp.
  4. Cool before serving. Chips can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
