Ingredients:
- Beet root- 1 small no., uncooked
- Olive oil- 1/4 tsp
- Salt- as per taste

Directions:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Peel 1 small uncooked beetroot and cut into thin slices. Toss with 1/4 olive oil and salt.
- Spread slices onto a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for about 15 minutes.
- Flip beetroot slices and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, or until beetroot slices have dried out and become crisp.
- Cool before serving. Chips can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
