TUNA FISH SALAD

Ingredients:

  • Mixed greens veggies- 50 g
  • Tomato, diced- 1 large
  • Fresh parsley, chopped- 15 g
  • Fresh mint, chopped- 15 g
  • Green olives, chopped- 2 tsp
  • Zucchini, sliced lengthwise- ½ small
  • Avocado diced- 15 g
  • Green onion, sliced – 1 no
  • Tuna- 50 g
  • Extra-virgin olive oil- ½ tsp
  • Balsamic vinegar- 1 tsp
  • Himalayan or fine sea salt- ¼  tsp
  • Freshly cracked black pepper- ½ tsp

Notes:

  • The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.
  • If you like you can change the style and make modifications to the mentioned ingredients and recipe.

Directions:

  1. Grill the zucchini slices on both sides in a sizzling hot cast iron skillet grill pan (or on a very hot grill). Remove from the pan and let cool for a few minutes. Cut into bite-size pieces.
  2. Throw all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir delicately until well combined.
  3. Serve immediately.
