HEALTHY SPICY YOGURT CHICKEN

Ingredients:
- 100g chicken breast, boneless and skinless
- 1/4 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 inch ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- Optional: fresh cilantro or chopped green onions for garnish
Directions:
- Prepare the marinade: In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, chili powder, paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the chicken: Coat the chicken breast with the yogurt mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours for more flavor).
- Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
- Garnish and serve: Optional—garnish with chopped cilantro or green onions. Serve hot and enjoy your healthy spicy yogurt chicken!
