Tempeh Lettuce Wraps

Tempeh lettuce wrap

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup tempeh (crumbled)
  • 1 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp grated carrot
  • 1 tsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • Lettuce leaves (4–5)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt & chili flakes to taste

Directions:

  1.  Cook Tempeh: Sauté onion in olive oil, then add crumbled tempeh, carrot, and soy sauce.
  2. Stir-Fry: Cook on medium for 5 minutes until lightly crispy.
  3. Assemble: Spoon mixture onto washed lettuce leaves.
  4. Garnish: Sprinkle chili flakes or sesame seeds.
  5. Serve: Wrap and enjoy as a light, crunchy meal.
