Healthy Spicy Paprika Chicken

  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the seasoning: In a small bowl, mix the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, ground cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Season the chicken: Rub the chicken breast with olive oil, then coat it evenly with the paprika spice mixture.
  4. Bake the chicken: Place the seasoned chicken breast on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Finish with lemon juice: Remove the chicken from the oven and immediately drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
