Ingredients:
- Egg whites- 3
- Whole wheat wrap/multigrain roti – 1
- Chopped Tomato- 1 small
- Chopped Green bell pepper 1/2 small
- Ground cumin- a pinch
- Ground black pepper- a pinch
- Salt- as per taste
- Oil- ½ tsp
Notes:
- The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.
- If you like you can change the style and make modifications to the mentioned ingredients and recipe.
Directions:
- Heat oil in a 10-inch non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add green bell peppers, salt, ground cumin and ground black pepper.
- Cook while stirring continuously, until green bell pepper becomes tender (2 to 3 minutes).
- Reduce to medium-low heat. Add egg whites into the skillet.
- Stir continuously with the spatula to scramble the egg white mixture.
- Top egg whites with tomato.
- Place the wrap on a plate. Add the egg white mixture in the center of the wrap & roll the wrap.
- Can serve with mint-coriander chutney.
