PEPPER CHICKEN DRY

Ingredients:

  • 1 Kg Chicken, chopped
  • Oil
  • 2 tsp Pepper (crushed)
  • 1 Green chilli
  • 2 Onions
  • Curry Leaves
  • 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • Coriander leaves

Notes:

  • The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.
  • If you like you can change the style and make modifications to the mentioned ingredients and recipe.

Directions:

  1. Marinate chicken with crushed pepper, turmeric powder, and salt.
  2. Keep aside for half an hour.
  3. In a wok, add 2 teaspoon cooking oil, chopped onion and fry for a while.
  4. Add sliced green chilli, curry leaves and ginger-garlic paste, Stir for about a minute.
  5. Add marinated chicken and let it cook for about 15 minutes.
  6. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
  7. Serve hot with bread or rice.
