Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken – 50 g
- Lime juice -1 tsp, (alter as per taste)
- Low sodium soy sauce- 1 tsp
- Oil – ½ tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Chilli powder – ½ tsp (alter as per taste)
Notes:
- The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.
- If you like you can change the style and make modifications to the mentioned ingredients and recipe.
Directions:
- Whisk lime juice, soy sauce, oil and chilli powder in a large bowl.
- Marinate the chicken and keep it aside.
- Preheat grill to medium-high. Meanwhile, place cilantro, sesame seeds and the reserved marinade in a grinder and process until fairly smooth. Oil the grill rack.
- Grill the chicken until cooked and no longer pink in the middle, about 2 minutes per side.
- Serve the chicken with the cilantro-sesame pesto.
