Ingredients:

  • GREEN PASTE :
  • GARLIC – 5 WHOLE
  • GREEN CHILLI – 2 WHOLE
  • CILANTRO – 2 HANDFUL [ ENOUGH FOR THE CURRY TO BE PREPARED ]
  • FISH [100 GMS ] / CHICKEN [ 150 GMS ]

Notes:

  • The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.
  • If you like you can change the style and make modifications to the mentioned ingredients and recipe.

Directions:

  1. ADD 2 TSP COCUNUT OIL IN A NON – STICK PAN, ADD THE PASTE AND STIR FOR 2 MINUTES.
  2. ADD FISH / CHICKEN TO THE PASTE.
  3. ADD 1 TSP TURMERIC, CORRAINDER SEEDS POWDER [DHANIYA POWDER ], SALT 1 TSP.
  4. COOK TILL THE FISH / CHICKEN IS PROPERLY COOKED.
