DHANIYA PANEER

Ingredients:

  • Paneer (cottage cheese) – 20g
  • Green chilies – 2
  • Freshly chopped coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
  • Oil – ½ tsp
  • Onions,chopped – 2 tbsp
  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin Powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Ginger garlic finely chopped – 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Yogurt – 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp

Notes:

  • The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.
  • If you like you can change the style and make modifications to the mentioned ingredients and recipe.

Directions:

  1. Chop green chilies, garlic, coriander leaves in a chopped.
  2. Cut paneer into 1/2 inch cubes and then halve them into triangles.
  3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add onions and saute for 2 minutes or till lightly browned.
  4. Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and red chili powder and mix well.
  5. add chopped fresh chopped green coriander leaves and 1/4 cup water and mix well. Add salt and yogurt and mix.
  6. When the mixture comes to a boil, add paneer pieces and mix gently add lemon juice and switch off the heat. garnish the dish with fresh chopped green coriander. Serve hot.
