- Multigrain/whole wheat bread toasted – 1
- Spinach and Paneer Spread:
- Spinach (palak) (blanched and finely chopped) – 3 tbsp.
- Paneer (grated) – 1 tbsp.
- Green chili (finely chopped) – 1
- Salt and black pepper to taste
