Corn Methi Kebab

Ingredients:
- 1 cup boiled and coarsely crushed sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
- 1/2 cup chopped fenugreek (methi) leaves
- 1/2 cup boiled, peeled, and mashed potatoes
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
- 2 tbsp rice flour (chawal ka atta)
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp oil for cooking
Notes:
- The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.
- If you like you can change the style and make modifications to the mentioned ingredients and recipe.
Directions:
- To make the corn methi kebab, combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Make tikkis as per your preferred size.
- Cook each Tikki on a non-stick Tawa (griddle) using 1/8 tsp of oil till they turn golden brown in color from both sides.
- Serve the corn methi kebab hot.
