Corn Methi Kebab

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup boiled and coarsely crushed sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
  • 1/2 cup chopped fenugreek (methi) leaves
  • 1/2 cup boiled, peeled, and mashed potatoes
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
  • 2 tbsp rice flour (chawal ka atta)
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp oil for cooking

Notes:

  • The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.
  • If you like you can change the style and make modifications to the mentioned ingredients and recipe.

Directions:

  1. To make the corn methi kebab, combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Make tikkis as per your preferred size.
  3. Cook each Tikki on a non-stick Tawa (griddle) using 1/8 tsp of oil till they turn golden brown in color from both sides.
  4. Serve the corn methi kebab hot.
