Chicken Cutlet

Ingredients:
- 500 gm Chicken mince
- ½ tsp Fennel powder
- ¼ tsp Garam masala
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
- ½ tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
- ½ tsp Pepper powder
- 4 tbsp Coriander (chopped)
- 2 onion (chopped)
- 1 green chili (finely chopped)
- 6-7 Garlic (finely chopped)
- ¼ cup Spring Onion Greens (chopped)
- ½ lemon (juice)
- ½ Salt (adjust to taste)
- 2 Eggs (beaten)
- Oil for shallow frying
Notes:
- The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.
- If you like you can change the style and make modifications to the mentioned ingredients and recipe.
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and keep it for 30-40 minutes to allow the flavors to blend well.
- Make small cutlets as per your preferred size. Dip it in egg wash and shallow fry them.
- You can also bake them in the oven.
- Serve with mint chutney and raw onion salad.
