Chicken Cutlet

Ingredients:

  • 500 gm Chicken mince
  • ½ tsp Fennel powder
  • ¼ tsp Garam masala
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric
  • ½ tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • ½ tsp Pepper powder
  • 4 tbsp Coriander (chopped)
  • 2 onion (chopped)
  • 1 green chili (finely chopped)
  • 6-7 Garlic (finely chopped)
  • ¼ cup Spring Onion Greens (chopped)
  • ½ lemon (juice)
  • ½ Salt (adjust to taste)
For Coating:
  • 2 Eggs (beaten)
  • Oil for shallow frying

Notes:

  • The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.
  • If you like you can change the style and make modifications to the mentioned ingredients and recipe.

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and keep it for 30-40 minutes to allow the flavors to blend well.
  2. Make small cutlets as per your preferred size. Dip it in egg wash and shallow fry them.
  3. You can also bake them in the oven.
  4. Serve with mint chutney and raw onion salad.
