CAPSICUM MUSHROOM

Ingredients:
- Green capsicum cut into cubes 1 medium
- Mushroom – 1/2 cup
- Oil 2 tablespoons
- Garlic chopped 1 tablespoon
- Ginger finely chopped 1 inch
- Green chilies finely chopped 2-3
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tablespoon
- Coriander powder 1 1/2 teaspoons
- Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Onion cut into cubes- 1 medium
- Lemon juice- ½
- Fresh coriander sprigs 7-8
Notes:
- The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.
- If you like you can change the style and make modifications to the mentioned ingredients and recipe.
Directions:
- Heat oil in a non- stick pan.
- Add garlic, ginger, green chilies and sauté till garlic turns golden. Roughly chopped mushrooms, add to the pan and mix well.
- Add capsicum, mix and cook for a minute.
- Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, chili powder, garam masala powder and salt, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add onion, mix and cook for a minute.
- Add lemon juice and mix well.Roughly chop fresh coriander sprigs, add to pan and toss to mix.Serve hot.
