Bajra Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:
For Pizza Base
- 2 cups bajra (black millet) flour
- 2 tbsp wheat (gehun) flour
- pinch of salt
- Hot Water
Toppings
- 2 tbsp garlic chutney
- 2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
- 2 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes
- 2 tbsp finely chopped onions
- 1tbsp sliced olives
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 2tbsp cottage cheese
- ( You can add other veggies of your choice)
Notes:
- The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.
- If you like you can change the style and make modifications to the mentioned ingredients and recipe.
Directions:
- Knead soft dough with the bajra and wheat flour adding the salt.
- Roll out into 2 thick chapattis and semi roast them. Keep aside.
- Place the semi cooked bajra chapatti in a greased baking dish.
- Spread red garlic chutney.
- Garnish with raw vegetables like capsicum, onion, tomato, olives etc.
- Spread cottage cheese on top.
- Bake the pizza in a moderately hot oven for 30 minutes.
