APPLE SUJI

Nutrients

Ingredients:

  • Suji – 1 tbsp
  • Apple – ½ no 
  • Milk – ½ cup
  • Jaggery – 1 tsp
  • Water as required

Notes:

  • The number of ingredients can change as per the number of people being served.
  • If you like you can change the style and make modifications to the mentioned ingredients and recipe.

Directions:

  1. Peel and grated-apple finely. 
  2. Roast suji in a heavy-bottomed pan and keep aside.
  3. Add water and cook suji for 2 minutes.
  4. Add grated apple and cook for 2-3 minutes. 
  5. Once cooked, add milk to bring to the right consistency and mix well.
  6. You can even add 1 tsp jaggery.
